ONEZA Construction builds monolithic foundations in Tbilisi — raft, strip and piled — as well as frames, columns, slabs and basement walls for private houses, residential buildings and industrial facilities. The 2026 guide price for a monolithic frame is from $140 / m². The foundation can be ordered as a separate stage.
ONEZA selects the type of foundation from the geology: soils, water table, loads and terrain, not the habit of the crew. Structural calculations and working drawings are ready before we come on site, reinforcement is accepted before the pour and the concrete is tested. The contract price does not change while the brief stays the same; the structural warranty, including the foundation, is 10 years. ONEZA works with its own machinery and formwork, so the schedule does not depend on subcontractors.
