A call or message
Within one working hour, an ONEZA Construction manager clarifies the brief, the plot and the stage of completion you need — in Georgian, Russian or English.

Site visit
An engineer checks the terrain, access and utilities. The 15-point plot check is free when you sign a construction contract.

Estimate
A detailed estimate is prepared from the design: price by stage, timeline and scope.

Contract
Price, timeline and scope are written into the contract before work starts; payment is 100% of the materials cost and 15% of the works cost in advance, the remaining 85% of the works against accepted stage certificates.

The plot code in the format 01.14.03.021.045 — it is used to check ownership, land category and building coefficients.

Project type
A residential building, warehouse or workshop, private house, retaining wall or foundation.

Area and stage
Approximate floor area and the level of completion you need: frame, shell with facade or ready for fit-out.
