From the form — the project type or cadastral code and your phone or messenger handle. From the online chat — your messages. Along with them — your browser language, the page the request came from and the source of the visit (an ad tag or the site you came from).

A request from the form goes through the site's server to the company's private work group in Telegram, where only managers see it. If sending fails, the site will offer to send the same text on WhatsApp — you do that yourself.

Questions in the chat are first answered by an assistant based on Cloudflare artificial intelligence, using only information from this site. The conversation is stored on Cloudflare servers and deleted 30 days after the last message. Until you leave a phone number or messenger handle, managers do not receive the conversation; after that they get the gist of it and your further messages, so they can reply about your project.

The site uses Yandex Metrica, including recording on-page actions (Webvisor), to find inconvenient spots. You can opt out with the “Decline” button in the analytics notice: after that the counter no longer runs on the site. The visit source is stored in your browser for 30 days.

Data is used only to answer your request and prepare an estimate and is not passed to third parties for advertising. You can request deletion of your request, conversation and contact details at info@onez.ge.
